Hi, I'm Sarah

I’m an ICF certified Empowerment Coach, with an Associate Coach Diploma from Optimus Coach Academy, where my training was grounded in neuroscience. In simple terms, I understand how the brain works, why we get stuck in patterns that keep us playing small, and how to create real, lasting change. That knowledge underpins every session.

But more importantly, I understand what it feels like to be there.

For a long time, I was living a life that looked great on paper. I was doing all the right things. Being who I thought I was supposed to be. But something didn’t feel right anymore. I felt disconnected from myself, and deep down, I knew I was capable of more, I just didn’t believe I was allowed to want it.

Working with a coach changed everything. Not because it gave me a new life, but because it gave me permission to fully live the one I already had. I stopped playing it safe. I started trusting myself. I put myself out there. I created businesses, stepped onto stages, and built a life that actually felt like mine.

That’s why I do what I do now.

I help people who feel stuck, disconnected, or like they’ve lost a part of themselves reconnect with who they really are. To stop waiting. To start believing in themselves again. To see what else is possible. And to live their lives fully.

Not by becoming someone new. But by finally becoming themselves.

And when I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me performing in local theatre productions, creating wellness events, sipping cocktails somewhere lovely, or spending time with my husband, daughter, and the people who matter most.
