How The Experience Works
Reclaim Your Spark is a small, supportive group experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself and create change you can actually sustain.
Over four months, you’ll be guided through a process that reduces the mental load, rebuilds confidence, and helps you move forward with clarity - alongside other women navigating similar seasons of life.
Here’s what that looks like in practice:
📆 8 live online sessions, 1 hour each, held twice a month
⏰ Tuesday evenings at 8pm (starting 27th January)
👭 A small, contained group to keep the space safe, supportive, and connected
💬 Guided, interactive sessions with reflection, discussion, and mutual support
🤝 Ongoing group support between sessions so you’re not doing this alone
🎥 Full replays included if life gets in the way

Why I created Reclaim Your Spark
I know what it’s like to be living a life that looks good
on the outside - and still feel lost in it.
I had the job I’d wanted since I was a child.
A husband who loved me.
A daughter we were lucky to have.
A routine, a home, a life I should have been grateful for.
And yet something felt off.
I was exhausted, emotionally stretched, and quietly telling myself, “This is just life now.”
Because everyone else seemed to be coping.
Because it felt selfish to want more.
Because I didn’t believe I was capable of anything else.
But deep down, I knew something had to shift.
Now, I feel like me again.
More confident. More energised. More inspired.
I’ve built a life that lights me up - not by overhauling everything, but by bringing myself back into the picture too.
That’s why I created this space.
Not to fix you.
